Like
everything else, you move in a cycle. This does
not mean that you go full circle without making
any forward movement. It does mean that you exist
in a world that is full of ebbs and flows that
eventually seem to repeat themselves. Take heart
-- the current tide for you may be turning. From
this valley until the next peak, it can only get
better. Enjoy the downhill ride, but don't give
up all efforts and merely coast to your
destination. Maintaining your training will make
the next hills that you come across much easier
to endure. Never forget that you are a work in
progress.
